Question 1: How can I apply for Admission?
Answer 1: You have to purchase your admission application form online. On the home page of laspotech.net click on Apply for Admission and follow the instructions.
Question 2: How can I check my Admission Status?
Answer 2: On the home page of laspotech.net click on Check Admission Status and follow the instructions.
Question 3: Can I buy my application form from anywhere? If not, where can I buy it from?
Answer 3: No, you can only get your application form by using your ATM card from any bank or by paying at the designated banks with your PIN.
Question 4: If I start my application online and there is a power cut or loss of connection, will I have to start all over again?
Answer 4: Yes, you will have to start all over again once you lose connection with the internet. You can avoid this by using the 'Save' button periodically to save your information to the laspotech.net server. However for payment transactions please check your mail or use the payment recovery page found on any of the payment pages to recover your transaction.
Question 5: Can I access this site from anywhere?
Answer 5: Yes you can, as long as you have internet access.
Question 6: How can I get a copy of my Application?
Answer 6: After you have completed the application at the last stage you will be given the opportunity to print out the completed application.
Question 7: How can I submit my original credentials?
Answer 7: This cannot be done online. You will only be required to submit original credentials during the screening and clearance stages.
Question 8: Do I have to pay to check my result or register?
Answer 8: No, once you are enrolled and have paid the Activation fee, you are not charged for all activities within the portal including result checking.
Question 9: How do I get help?
Answer 9: You can get help by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Question 10: I have problems using my PIN.
Answer 10: If you purchased an Etranzact pin, you are required to provide the Bursary number and the PIN number that you were issued when you registered.
But if you used the Interswitch ATM web pay then you have to forward the underlisted information to email@example.com :
· The First and last five digits of the ATM card number used for the student's transaction.
· Date of the transaction,
· The student's password and
· The transaction ID included in the alert you received from the bank (If any).
